Orders are currently only available to the Republic of Ireland.
Orders received are normally dispatched on the next business day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday.
If we are unable to ship your order according to the above policy, we will contact you via telephone or email to confirm a shipping date.
Occasionally, there may be delays within the dispatch/delivery system. Although delays are rare, please allow 5 days for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Public Holidays. We charge a flat rate of €5.00 per order for delivery within the Republic of Ireland
All our orders are delivered by DPD. You will receive a tracking number via email once it has been raised on our system.
CLICK & COLLECT
Click and collect is available at checkout. Click and collect orders are available next day in our gift shop.
CALL & COLLECT
Certain products in our range are only available for purchase over the phone. Call and collect orders are available next day in our gift shop. Products listed in the call & collect section are subject to availability.Â
If you wish to make a return, please email us on infohughespharmacy@gmail.com,  once you include your order number and order information we will be able to assist you further with your returns.
RETURNS BY POST OR COURIER
Items purchased online can be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of delivery. All refunds will be via card only, no cash refunds will be provided. Delivery fee will not be refunded. Items returned must be as new, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. All returns to store must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order.

EXCHANGE
We are unable to exchange products by post. We do process exchanges in our store, so you may bring your items in store for an exchange.

RETURNS TO STOREÂ
Please bring the items you wish to return to our store within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method. If you return your purchase after this period but within 28 days, you may exchange the item for another product or a gift voucher to the value of the returned items.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
